Mr. Hall joined TCM in 2010 following eight years with Tenaska Marketing Ventures (“TMV”).  He has over 29 years of energy-related experience. At TCM, Mr. Hall has focused on gas origination for gas storage development projects and other gas-related investments.

At TMV, Mr. Hall was a Regional Director of Marketing, responsible for implementing long-term, structured gas transactions for TMV and for related Tenaska entities. Throughout his career, Mr. Hall has gained experience in many facets of the energy business, including gas marketing, business development, gas supply, transportation, regulatory compliance, contracts, engineering, operations, energy finance, and power marketing. Mr. Hall has extensive relationships with a wide variety of participants in the energy value chain including gas pipelines, utilities, end-users, electric generators, and producers. Before joining TMV, Mr. Hall worked 15 years for Aquila Energy and InterNorth.

Mr. Hall graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with an M.B.A.
