Mr. Gilbreath joined TCM in 2005 and has over nine years of experience related to asset optimization, mergers and acquisitions, and divestitures within the energy sector. Mr. Gilbreath focuses on acquisition strategy and execution.

Prior to joining TCM, Mr. Gilbreath was a Business Development Manager for MidAmerican Energy where his focus was the preparation, review and interpretation of valuation analysis, financial statement analysis, contract analysis, market assessments, technical analysis, and other analyses for investments, acquisitions, development projects, and divestitures. Prior to MidAmerican Energy, Mr. Gilbreath worked in ABN AMRO’s Corporate Finance Power & Utilities Group.

Mr. Gilbreath graduated from Creighton University with a B.S.B.A. in Finance and Accounting. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
